3. Department Introduction:
The Department of Clinical Psychology is a Class I Futian District Key Clinical Specialty. It includes a psychiatric outpatient clinic, a psychological outpatient clinic, a specialized psychiatric inpatient ward, and the Futian District Mental Health Project Office. It is the only specialized psychiatric institution in the district that provides integrated services for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, management, and aftercare of mental and psychological disorders. The department adopts a comprehensive approach combining individualized psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, physical therapy, and group counseling to help patients and their families reduce stress, alleviate symptoms, and rebuild a healthy, high-quality life.

4. Talent Team:
The department currently has 32 staff members, including 4 with senior professional titles, 8 with intermediate titles, 2 Ph.D. holders, and 9 master’s degree holders. The high-level talent cohort includes (e.g., 1 Futian Talent Class II). The team consists of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, rehabilitation therapists, public health physicians, nurses, and social workers, forming a well-structured and highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

The department has led 4 district-level research projects and has published more than ten papers in SCI-indexed and core Chinese journals.

6. Development Goals:
Aligned with the key healthcare initiatives of the “15th Five-Year Plan” period and the strategic goal of building a Healthy China, and in response to the diverse mental health service needs of Futian District residents, the Clinical Psychological Diagnosis and Treatment Center is committed to becoming the leading center for mental health services in the district. With core focuses on “precision diagnosis and treatment, specialized services, tiered talent development, standardized equipment, and in-depth collaboration,” the center strives to develop into a municipal key specialty by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and gradually progress toward provincial and national centers of excellence in mental health. It aims to provide comprehensive, high-quality mental health services to all residents of the district and surrounding areas, driving overall progress and development in the field of mental health.

Lin Yin, Director of the Clinical Psychology Department, Associate Chief Physician, Master’s Supervisor, Academic Leader of the Futian District Key Clinical Specialty, Futian Elite Talent. He serves as Director of the Shenzhen Futian District Mental Health Quality Control Center, Chair of the Psychological, Mental Health and Chronic Disease Management Committee of the Shenzhen Health Management Association, member of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Working Committee of the Chinese Psychiatrist Association, and member of the Psychiatrist Branch of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association. He has long been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment, basic research, and teaching of child and adolescent behavioral development and emotional disorders, and is proficient in interpersonal therapy (IPT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy. Li Lihong, Associate Chief Physician in Mental Health, Psychotherapist (Intermediate), Deputy Director of the Clinical Psychology Department, Member of the Communist Party of China. She serves as a member of the Mental Health Management Professional Committee of the Guangdong Mental Health Association, member of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Subgroup of the Shenzhen Medical Association, member of the Psychological and Behavioral Support Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Child and Adolescent Health Development Association, and member of the Psychological, Mental Health and Chronic Disease Management Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Health Management Association. She is an expert speaker of the Shenzhen Mental Health and Well-being Public Education Team and a physician of the Futian District Primary and Secondary School Mental Health Physician Team. She has systematically studied dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and family therapy, and has extensive clinical experience. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and sleep disorders, as well as the assessment, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy of adolescent emotional and behavioral problems (such as parent-child conflict, school refusal, anxiety, and depression).

Zhang Ning, Associate Chief Physician, Ph.D. He serves as a member of the Sleep Management Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, a member of the Sleep Disorders Branch of the Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Association, and a youth member of the Respiratory Drug Research Professional Committee of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has published more than 10 SCI-indexed papers, participated in one National Natural Science Foundation project and three projects of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders and common and complex respiratory diseases, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), insomnia disorder, narcolepsy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and chronic cough.

           

Zhu Hua

Zhu Hua, Attending Physician, Master’s degree in Mental Health, with 25 years of experience in mental health. From July 1999 to July 2005, he was a resident at Anning Hospital, Urumqi, Xinjiang; from August 2005 to August 2008, he pursued his master’s degree in Mental Health at Xinjiang Medical University; and since March 2010, he has worked in the Clinical Psychology Department of Shenzhen Futian Third People’s Hospital (formerly Futian District Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital). He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common mental disorders, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, mania, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, somatization disorder, and epilepsy.
