Ⅰ.Appointment and Registration Guidelines

1.Real-name Registration: In accordance with the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Health Regulations, please register for your appointment using your real identification information.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Appointment slots are released on the "Shenzhen Futian Third People's Hospital" WeChat official account. New slots for the next 7 days are released daily at 5:00 PM. Example: Slots for January 8 will be released at 5:00 PM on January 1.

3. Check-in / Fee Payment:

3.1 Patients who book via the hospital's WeChat official account should check in on their mobile device or at a self-service kiosk before their scheduled appointment time.

3.2Patients who book via "Health 160" or "Health Shenzhen" should pay and obtain their registration ticket at the registration/cashier counter or at a self-service kiosk 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.

4. Cancellation: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment start time. The system will close the cancellation function after that deadline.

5. No-shows: Failure to attend an appointment without cancellation will be recorded as a "no-show". Accumulating 3 or more no-shows will result in a 30‑day restriction on your appointment booking privileges.

6. Tardiness: Patients who check in after their scheduled appointment time will have their consultation delayed and rescheduled accordingly.

Ⅱ. Follow-up Visit Rules (for patients returning with test results)

1.If a patient undergoes an initial consultation, is ordered laboratory tests or imaging exams, and returns to the same department with the new test/exam results within three days (including the day the report is issued) of the report date, this qualifies as a follow-up (return) visit. One follow-up consultation fee will be waived (applies only to reviewing results; advance ordering of future tests/exams during a prior visit is not considered a follow‑up visit for fee exemption).

2.If during the followup visit the doctor, for differential diagnosis, orders additional tests/exams, the subsequent result review will not be free.

3.The hospital will appropriately prioritize follow‑up patients using an "interleaved" rule: after every 2 non‑follow‑up patients (including the one currently being seen), 1 follow‑up patient will be seen (i.e., one followup patient will be inserted after every two regular patients).

Ⅲ. Midday and Evening Clinics

Our Internal Medicine, Stomatology (Dentistry), and TCM Rehabilitation (Acupuncture & Massage) Departments have established Midday Clinics and Evening Clinics.
